Bookmark Making - Le Process and Le winners :D

Well we recently had a contest here in our beloved club, I don't have to exactly tell you what club it is, RIGHT? Good.

Our club members were separated into several groups of two and were given their own tasks. They were all to make bookmarks for teachers and the theme of the bookmarks are "Horoscopes". I know, I love it too (:

Daffy was to make a bookmark too. Daffy didn't win. Sad sad. :'(

Well, I'm sure we'll have a good time there, and get there safely, and blah blah blah. I'll make sure there are no sharp items there. Safety first.

FIREWALL :)

PART 1
Hey guys, we are going to have our own FIREWALL. Isn't it totally awesome??

There are a total of 10 stations. Each team will have to race around the school from the canteen to the hall.

Teams have to solve clues and understand directions to get to various stations. In each stations, they will have to complete tasks in order to get clues or directions to the other stations.

Teams are required to go to every stations following the given sequence.

One winning team will be awarded FIREWALL PRIZES.. but not a computer. (:


PART 2
On the following week, we will have a PART 2 of our FIREWALL.

Our own Assistant President of Computer Club A, Michelle Wong, wil be going around the school during the race to snap photos of teams competing.

Then, on the part 2 week, teams will have to create interesting and creative movies using MOVIE MAKER.

Daffy:
Well today is the day the bookmark creating starts. It isn't exactly right now, but it'll start in a few hours. Just waiting for the clock to tick and tock. And then we'll say,

"On your marks, ladies. CREATE!!" :D

Sorry this post is very short. I sacrificed my lunch for this and I have a massive head-egg. Wait for it.. Wait for it...

Well, you guys know daffy, being all goofy and stuff. The bookmark creating competition starts today. *I know, daffy said that before, but she missed out the fun part* As i was saying, it is a competition, so every group will be making a bookmark for the teachers and will give them on their birthdays. And those who did the NICEST and the MOST BEAUTIFUL one ( sorry for the exaggeration) will be given EACH A PENDRIVE (not so sure about how much of information can be put inside)

The bookmark creating competition will be continued next friday. We still have clubs and society eventhough it is the exam week. And after the first term holidays, we will have our AMAZING COMPUTER RACE on Friday. Prizes will not be mentioned as we haven't decided... YET. But it will be something you guys will like.

Plan for the Year

Hey guys, to you, we're all computer nerds, but to us, we call it genuinely educated people xD

Since we're nerds to you guys, we have loads of plans for the year. Interesting ones. Be jealous, people!! Be very jealous!!! :)

First up, we have a creating a greeting card or bookmark competition. And guess what? We have prizez, COOL prizes F.Y.I. We will be doing that for as long as 2 weeks. The greeting cards or bookmarks are made for the teachers and are to be given on their birthdays. Awesome right?

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!! :B

Secondly, we shall be thrilled by the amazing thrills of the thrilling Amazing Computer Race.

( We feel so British. :D)

We will be running around, searching for stations to get clues. However, there is a catch. We will need to do something (possibly something terribly embarrassing) to get that specific clue. If we fail, there will be extra embarrassment. :) FEEL THE PAIN, PEOPLE!

Thirdly, videos will be made. (: By our very own Computer Club members, of course. Students will have to make their own videos according to the titles given by our very own, Dear Madam Shamini. *Dramatic music sounds*

Fourthly, (I think. Kinda lost count.) the WII CONSOLE will be shipped in and all of us will have a turn to play games of different kinds. :) (Unless someone hogs the WII remote) WII are gonna have lots of fun with the WII. Weeeeeee :D
